Payment:

All payments are accepted through Stripe. All credit cards are accepted. This is the safest and easiest process for online shopping.

Shipping: 

Make sure the address given during checkout is correct and updated. If a mistake is made, please email me right away at [email protected] explaining the situation. 

Please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to be completed in the shop before shipment. Your package will be sent via USPS First Class mail which usually takes between 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the destination. I will send you a confirmation email after the package has been sent. Included in the email will the the estimated delivery date as well as the USPS tracking number. 

Lost/stolen mail is something that I never wish on anyone for each piece of jewelry is unique and special. However, in the case that this happens, please email me immediately and I will do my best to address it. Please understand that I am not responsible for any lost or stolen mail due to the fact that most circumstances are out of my control. Always use your tracking number to track your package and ensure the delivery of it safely to your home. 

Refunds/Exchanges: 

Knotty Strings has an all sales final policy. I am not currently doing any refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of the sizing given in the checkout for rings, necklaces and anything else. If you have any questions regarding sizing, never hesitate to send me an email. 

Custom Orders: 

I love making custom orders! If you have an idea of something you would like made please email me with your ideas and we can definitely work something out.
